SourceCore uses database-per-tenant isolation. Your company's operational data — shipments, customers, rates, documents — is stored in a separate database and is never accessible to other customers of the platform.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest
  • Role-based access controls within each customer workspace
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing
  • Audit logs for all data access and modification events

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: We share data with vendors who provide infrastructure, hosting, analytics, and support services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
